Remember this? Now the Maryland Avenue bridge that crosses I-35E is crumbling, with chunks measuring two feet wide by one foot thick hitting cars. A MinnDOT spokesman says it’s no big deal: “This is not totally unheard of for something like this to happen,” the Strib quotes him saying.
