The Smoking Gun has posted Vice President Dick Cheney‘s rider, stipulating his requirements for staying at a given hotel. The temperature in the room has to be 68 degrees. Four bottles of water. Four cans of diet, caffeine-free Sprite. The decaf coffee must be hot before he arrives and it must be served in a carafe. The television must be tuned to Fox News. Of course.
