I noticed today that my Google Toolbar was finally displaying a Page Rank today. That means that Google has officially recognized my blog. Many of us in the search engine marketing industry believe that Google puts new sites in a virtual sandbox and, as a result, will not list pages from your site very often in their search results pages.
So, for what it’s worth, my first post on this blog was on August 5, 2005 and today, October 26, Google has officially recognized TwinCitiesMinnesotaBlog.com. Now I’ll have to watch my stats to see if visits from Google increase.
